Physically challenged he is a social activist from Bengaluru Karnataka who is known for his service in support of the disabled. Department Shri award work conferred in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Foreign Minister S Jaishankar as well as other prominent peoples.
When his name was called he got up from his chair and walked towards Prime Minister Modi to shake hands with him. Modi expresses happiness by holding his hands for a few moments.
