After graduating she moved to New York and then went on to appear in various theatre productions including the Garry Marshall-Lowel Ganz productions of Wrong Turn at Lungfish in Los Angeles, and the Princeton/McCarter theatre production of Three sisters. She has starred in the American reconciliation regional production of Shakespeare the Tempest as You Like It and Romeo and Juliet as well as Crime of the Heart. In a review of The Walnut Street Theatre’s 1986 presentation of As You Like It, she had received a special mention.
